Our meat products are delivered frozen.
What are the advantages of buying frozen?
As a home cook, frozen meat is superior to non-frozen in many ways. Our meat is flash frozen and vacuum packed at source. As it is transported frozen, this lowers the risk of contamination and maintains the quality of meat products during delivery. Non-frozen meat bought at large grocery store chains arrives on the shelves after a long transportation process that can lower the quality of the beef and increase the risk of contamination.
Due to the convenience of transporting frozen meat, it is much more cost effective. Hence, we can offer the most variety at the lowest price point. Our customers will also be able to store the products in the freezer for up to 3 months and only consume as per needed.
Are your meats halal?
Yes! Our meat are 100% halal, with halal certification from our importers.
Can I eat frozen meat rare?
Beef & Lamb - Frozen beef and lamb thawed safely can be consumed ‘rare’ in the middle. This is because harmful bacteria can only be on the outside due to the density of the meat. In addition to that, our frozen meat which is flash frozen from the start and transported frozen has halted the bacteria multiplying process during transportation.
However, vulnerable people, including elderly people, babies and toddlers, pregnant women and people who are unwell, should avoid eating lamb or beef that is “rare” or pink.
How do I thaw frozen meat safely?
Whole meat - You should thaw the frozen meat in the chiller (bottom part of the fridge) for at least 1-2 days before cooking. Do not thaw the frozen meat in room temperature or dip frozen meat in the water as this process encourages micro-organisms to grow and multiply and contaminates the meat.
Minced meat - Only thaw minced meats in the microwave if you are cooking it immediately after.
Frozen meat can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months. Never refreeze thawed meat without cooking it first.

What payment methods do you offer?
Currently, we are using Razer payment gateway offering FPX BANK TRANSFER and DEBIT/CREDIT CARD as payment methods.
DELIVERY
Where are you based?
We are based in Kepong and are using on demand riders, our delivery charges are based from RM15 on Klang Valley and RM38 Outstation (Minimum Order RM300). However, we offer free delivery for orders above RM200 for Kl Area and RM440 for Outside Kl Area
How long will delivery take?
2-3 Days Upon Order Confirmation.
